2009 Big Island Survey
New hands and old are united on the flow. An easily returned to lead, promising new passage has waited for a year. Mike, Barb & Carl and Bruce pause near the "Bus Stop" puka which leads into about 2 miles of cave mapped in 2008.

A puka in the AA flow ends one branch of the survey. The other direction led to a tie-in with sections mapped the prior year.
Thus ended another segment, or nearly so. A single easy crawling lead is left behind....and draws us back to this area again before we leave. Thanks to Jansen for this day's photos.
